P - prayer and mediation

E - eating & movement

A - affirmation, gratification, and exaltation

K - kindness expressed to others daily

  • That is awesome Cee Cee - PEAK!
    I do a minimum of 7 meditation exercises daily.
    I exercise a minimum of 15 minutes daily,
    and fast from 8pm to 12 noon 3 days weekly.
